Study trip to Oulu to visit Hailuoto bridge construction site

On the 12^th and 13^th of November, 6 people from the OFFwind Off shore project visited the consulting agency AFRY in Oulu and the working site on a new fixed connection to Hailuoto south of Oulu. During the afternoon of November 12, a meeting was held with Heikki Hekkala, Simo Luukkonen and Juhani Lotvonen from AFRY where offshore wind power current state and possible expantion in Finland were discussed as well as the effect of ice formation in the concrete foundation regarding the upcoming bridge to Hailuoto. On Wednesday 13 November, the team visited the working site with a fixed connection to Hailuoto.
